FOODS HELP TO AVOID DARK CIRCLES UNDER EYES

Foods are not only for eating but also for curing various types of skin diseases. We can use some of these foods for  improving the beauty of the skin also. Funny thing is that we must use these food externally, ie only over the skin. Lets have a look on some of these items. Awaiting your valuable reply on these regarding their efficacy.

DARK CIRCLE AROUND EYES Kindly note that this article doesn't mean to provide any treatment as per medical theories. This just try to reveal some of those tips to reduce darkness under eyes using some of our easily available natural foods.

Turmeric powder with pineapple juice

In order to  clear dark circles under the eyes,  apply a paste of Turmeric powder with pine apple juice. Apply every day preferably before sleep.

Egg White

Astringent egg white tightens the pores and reduces the darkness under the eye. Apply once every day after making sure that Egg white is free of Salmonella infection, which may lead to further complications

Almond oil with Cold cloths

Keep folded cloths rinsed with water, alternatively under eyes for 10 minutes. Then dry the area and apply some almond oil on the dark surface before going to bed.

Herbal Treatments:

1. Potato and Cucumber

a. Close your eyes and cover eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream.

b. Grate a cucumber, squeeze to take out its juice and refrigerate. Make a mixture of lemon juice, lanolin cream and cucumber juice and apply around the eye for 10-15 minutes.

c. Dip some cotton in a 1:1 mixture of potato and cucumber juices. Put the cotton on your eyelids and keep for 20 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water.

2. Lemon and Tomato

a. Apply a mixture of lemon and tomato juice(equal parts) on the black circles 2 times a day.

        • b. Apply a herbal paste made up of following items and apply around eyes. Rinse with cool water after 15 minutes
              • 1 tsp. tomato juice,
              • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice,
              • a pinch of turmeric powder, and
              • 1 tsp. of flour.
