BRAIN DEAD 11 HABITS TO AVOID

Brain death is the condition in which the irreversible end of all brain activity (including involuntary activity necessary to sustain life) due to total necrosis of the cerebral neurons following loss of blood flow and oxygenation. Accidentally it may occur due to main reasons. But some habits also can lead us to death of brain. In this post just trying to find some habits to avoid death of brain.

 1. Using Over Cooked Oil:                                                    imageA recent study found that a toxin called 4-hydroxy-trans-2-nonenal (HNE) forms when such oils as canola, corn, soybean and sunflower oils are reheated. Consumption of foods containing HNE from cooking oils has been associated with increased risks of cardiovascular disease, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, various liver disorders, and cancer.

2. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.Breakfast, as the name indicates, breaking the fast and taking breakfast will provide sufficient energy for the day till lunch.

3. Chewing Tobacco                                                  Tobacco contains Nicotine , that affects the entire body. Nicotine acts directly on the heart to change heart rate and blood pressure. It also acts on the nerves that control respiration to change breathing patterns. In high concentrations, nicotine is deadly, in fact one drop of purified nicotine on the tongue will kill a person.

4.Overeating
Eating more food or increasing food intake times, increase the load in stomach and more blood will come down to abdomen area.It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

5. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

6. Living in Congested rooms                                             Living in congested  room will prevent individuals to take sufficient level of oxygen during day and night.

7. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

8. Eating Fast foods                                                      Most of the fast foods contain preservative chemicals, which may damage brain on long term use. Also, fast foods usually not able to fulfill the appetite in a natural way. Subsiding the appetite will lead to over stress.

9. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. 

10 . Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells. Normal sleep lead to natural production and balancing the levels of Melatonin. Those persons  who do more night duty during their job time should take care to avail natural sleep.

11. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
