Nowadays, Chinese toys are very popular among children and parents, mainly due to excellent finishing, variety and comparatively less price. Unfortunately many of these toys causing high level health hazard for children of all ages. Here in this post we are trying to find major reasons why people  should worry about certain categories of toys and plastic materials.

But in some developed countries like US, there is frequent analysis of toys and materials used to manufacture toys. Several times US authorities have found increased amount of Lead, Phthalate, and Cadmium in toys manufactured in China

Toys may contain phthalate can cause ADHD

Phthalates are used to soften plastic that used to manufacture toys, and personal care items. A recent study showed that phthalates may produce some hormone disruptions, brain defects, birth defects, asthma, and reproductive problems etc. Phthalate levels in urine are very high in children with ADHD symptoms.This pointed a doubt towards the Phthalate materials that it may be one of the cause of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in children.

Toys may contain lead that can damage brain

Usually, toy manufacturers uses some paint that contain lead, to decorate toys. The quantity of lead is mostly high and it causes severe damage to the brain of children. While playing children keep toys in their mouth accidentally and lead will easily reach their stomach and brain.The law in US permits only the very smallest amount is permissible — no more than 0.03 percent of the total content.

Toxic Cadmium Found in Chinese Toys

Cadmium is known as carcinogen.It creates cancer especially to the skin when comes in contact for a long term. Like lead, it can hinder brain development in  very young children. All countries must take necessary steps to control the content of Cadmium in materials especially Toys. For further reading:

Whether the toy is manufactures in China or in US, but all countries must develop ways to analyze the content of these three chemicals, Lead, Cadmium and Phthalate in toys that are selling through supermarkets. Other than toys, some materials that are selling in low prices are also facing similar problems. Unknown ingredients in such low cost items, sometimes producing severe allergic reactions.

Here are some photographs that show a rubber sandal made up of cheap quality less chemicals, precipitated severe allergic reactions. So, if your child or any family member have such skin eruptions or skin abrasions, then immediately do an audit for similar items being used by the victim.

Brain death is the condition in which the irreversible end of all brain activity (including involuntary activity necessary to sustain life) due to total necrosis of the cerebral neurons following loss of blood flow and oxygenation. Accidentally it may occur due to main reasons. But some habits also can lead us to death of brain. In this post just trying to find some habits to avoid death of brain.

 1. Using Over Cooked Oil:                                                    imageA recent study found that a toxin called 4-hydroxy-trans-2-nonenal (HNE) forms when such oils as canola, corn, soybean and sunflower oils are reheated. Consumption of foods containing HNE from cooking oils has been associated with increased risks of cardiovascular disease, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, various liver disorders, and cancer.

2. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.Breakfast, as the name indicates, breaking the fast and taking breakfast will provide sufficient energy for the day till lunch.

3. Chewing Tobacco                                                  Tobacco contains Nicotine , that affects the entire body. Nicotine acts directly on the heart to change heart rate and blood pressure. It also acts on the nerves that control respiration to change breathing patterns. In high concentrations, nicotine is deadly, in fact one drop of purified nicotine on the tongue will kill a person.

Eating more food or increasing food intake times, increase the load in stomach and more blood will come down to abdomen area.It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

5. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

6. Living in Congested rooms                                             Living in congested  room will prevent individuals to take sufficient level of oxygen during day and night.

7. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

8. Eating Fast foods                                                      Most of the fast foods contain preservative chemicals, which may damage brain on long term use. Also, fast foods usually not able to fulfill the appetite in a natural way. Subsiding the appetite will lead to over stress.

9. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. 

10 . Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells. Normal sleep lead to natural production and balancing the levels of Melatonin. Those persons  who do more night duty during their job time should take care to avail natural sleep.

11. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

How about an information that points out food that burn the fat inside body.There are numerous food which can help to burn out fats from our body. The below given list will provide you some foods which you can include in your daily intake.

Honey with Lemon juice

According to “Ayurveda”, in early morning, juice of half a lemon mixed in a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of honey can reduce fat significantly. Honey,which is a natural sweetener,  contains 22 amino acids and a variety of minerals essential for its metabolism and hence is helpful in preventing obesity. It is believed that drinking lemon juice with a little honey the first thing in the morning is an effective anti cellulite treatment as it helps to increase body metabolism.


Barley contains soluble fiber which  bind to bile acids and excrete them out of the intestine.This process help to decrease the stored cholesterol in the form of bile acids in liver and thereby decreasing the levels in the blood

Low fat Milk

Milk contains calcium, which increase the metabolism rate of fat in the body. Unfortunately milk itself contain fat. So it is advised to use low fat milk, which is beneficial in both ways

Wheat oat

Wheat Oat is a rich source of insoluble fibers. Insoluble fibers are only partially digested, it is hard for the undigested calories to be taken up by the intestine. By reducing calories and decreasing the amount of cholesterol in the blood, one could potentially lose weight/fat. Also the fullness of stomach gained due to insoluble fibers.


Popcorn contains insoluble fibers which help to burn your fat right away from your body.


Chitosan is a 100% natural and acts as a super fiber. Commercially chitosan is derived from the shells of shrimp and other sea crustaceans. It is supposed to have the capability of attracting fat from the digestive system and expelling it from the body.

Green Tea
