HEALTHY FOOD FOR SKIN BEAUTY

Healthy food, not only provides good health but also healthy skin. All your food habits affects the beauty of your skin. You should concenterate more on the fact that healthy food habits can make your skin glow.he food that we eat is of utmost importance to achieve this goal. Less water causes blotchy, dull skin & acne. Consume 7-8 glasses of water daily.
Also remember, Fibre is very important and fibre rich foods helps to get radiant flossy skin and clear eyes. Fibre is available in the peels & rinds of fruits and vegetables and in the outer layers of grains and pulses.
