FOODS TO AVOID

Reduce the amount of meat you eat:
You can reduce the meat in your meal by adding beans.
Don’t eat anything you can’t buy yourself:
If you can’t buy the ingredients that go in your food, you shouldn’t eat it. That means, don't let others fill your Menu. Eat for yourselves.
Don’t eat anything with more than five ingredients:
Eating foods closer to their natural state ensures that you get more nutrients.
Avoid food that makes health claims:
Everyone already knows real food is healthy-it’s when packages and pushers have to explain what a food can do for you that you need to be worried.
Don’t eat anything you wouldn’t want to "be": Remember that you are what you eat — do you want to be a fast food burger?
Don’t eat plastic/ junk food:
Focus on real food instead.
Avoid manufactured foods:
Anything prepackaged is probably full of too much sugar, salt, and fat.
Don’t eat any ingredients you can’t pronounce:
If you’re eating food that only a chemist recognizes, something is wrong.
Stay away from food with celebrity endorsements:
Food that needs to be endorsed generally isn’t good to eat.
Eat nothing containing corn syrup:
Food containing corn syrup is generally not nutritious.

FIGHT CANCER BY PINEAPPLE SAVY

What this do to your body.

An article at news.bbc.co.uk shows that two molecules isolated from an extract pineapple have shown promise in fighting cancer growth.

One molecule CCS blocks a protein called Ras and the other CCZ, stimulates the immune system so it is more capable at killing cancer cells.

The enzyme in pineapple extract called bromelain that helps break down proteins and is used as a meat tenderizer and in clarifying beer and tanning leather.

You are advised to take this with your food at least 20 grams of PINEAPLLE SAVY per 50 kilograms of your body weight, once a day. This food is not advisable during pregnancy.
Ingredients:
Raw Pineapple : 1
Coconut - Half piece
Green capsicum : 3 pieces
Low fat Yoghurt : Half cup
Step 1.
Scrap the coconut and grind it with green chilly capsicum as a paste.
Step 2.

Remove the outer parts of pineapple, take the flesh and cut it into small pieces. Add salt as required and water to dip the pieces. Then boil pineapple for few minutes till it become soft. Let this to cool.
Step3.

Add half cup Yoghurt and the Paste in Step 1 to the boiled semisolid in Step 2. Stir well. And taste it.
Tips:
You can reduce the chilly taste by avoiding numbers of capsicum
If you don’t like chilly, then add sugar instead of capsicum and avoid salt in step 2
You may use coloring agents also to make it look good.

FIGHT CANCER

Researches show that 30% of Cancer cases can be prevented by modification of life style including diet. Inclusion of certain fruits and vegetables in your daily food could prevent cancer incidence. Lets see some of those:

1. Apple: There is a proverb “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. It is true that eating an apple can reduce the risk of cancer. This is due to the antioxidant property of betacarotene which is a precursor of VitaminA. Apple is a rich source of Betacarotene.

2. Tomato: Tomato contains Lycopene(L) which act as an antioxidant and free radical scavenger ultimately prevents the risk of Cancer

3. Diary products: This is a rich source of Conjugated Linoleic Acids (CLA) which is found to be an anticancer agent, inhibiting initiation, promotion, progression and metastasis.

4. Peanuts: Resveratrol which is found in peanuts inhibits COX-1 and there by acts as anti-tumor agent.

5. Grape skins( RedWine) Resveratrol which is found in grape skins also help to inhibit COX-1 and there by acts as anti-tumor agent.
