THREE REASONS TO EAT AN APPLE A DAY

a. FIGHTER AGAINST CHOLESTEROL
Pectin and poly phenols in apples can reduce blood cholesterol levels. They prevent the oxidation of LDL(“bad”) cholesterol and thereby preventing atherosclerosis.
b. FIBRE RICH FOOD
Apples are naturally packed fibres. The natural sweeteners in apples enter the bloodstream and maintaining insulin levels in blood.
c. ENHANCER
Apples boost the production of acetylcholine and thereby increases the transmission of messages between nerve cells. Thus apples keep our brain freshness and increase the sharpness of our memory.

I totally agree with eating an apple a day. remember the apple is not imported and if imported, there are possibility to have a vax coat on it. Take care on that.

My favorite fruit is an apple. It is true that you should thoroughly clean the apple before eating.

If I remember well, apples also helps to keep you awake because it contains caffeine. I need to confirm this but I think that the amount of caffeine found on apple is greater than on coffe itself.

Apple is the best fruit specially for those who are diabetic.They make a good ingredient in raw salads
