SALAD MIX-LOWFAT-SIDEDISH-SNACKS

Ingredients: Tomato : 2piece Onion : 2piece Carrot : 1piece Cuccumber : 1 piece Capsicum : 2 piece Coriander leaves : 2 petals Youghurt, low fat : 3 cups Salt : As required Steps to prepare: 1. Cut tomato, Onion, Carrot, Cuccumber and Capsicum into small pieces and mix. 2. Take Youghurt in a seperate bowl and stirr it well 3. Add sufficient quantity of salt in Youghurt 4. Mix pieced vegetables into Youghurt 5. Garnish with coriander leaves.

MANGO CHUTNEY-CHILLY SOUR-SIDEDISH

Ingredients; COCONUT:1 piece scrapped MANGO:70 gram sliced GINGER:5mm CUMIN:4gm GREENCHILLY:10gm SALT:qs Steps to Prepare 1.Mix all the ingredients together & grind to a semisolid consistency.
