SALAD MIX-LOWFAT-SIDEDISH-SNACKS

Ingredients: Tomato : 2piece Onion : 2piece Carrot : 1piece Cuccumber : 1 piece Capsicum : 2 piece Coriander leaves : 2 petals Youghurt, low fat : 3 cups Salt : As required Steps to prepare: 1. Cut tomato, Onion, Carrot, Cuccumber and Capsicum into small pieces and mix. 2. Take Youghurt in a seperate bowl and stirr it well 3. Add sufficient quantity of salt in Youghurt 4. Mix pieced vegetables into Youghurt 5. Garnish with coriander leaves.

This is my favourit dish.I add apple and pomograte seeds also with a dash of mustard sauce.
